Orders within the United States are shipped via United Parcel Sevice (UPS),
DHL, or FedEx. Each item is shipped separately and is fully insured. A
street address is required for all orders.

If you are not satisfied for any reason with your Zapotec Rug, please
return it within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly accept it for an
exchange, credit or refund of the full price of the Rug. Custom
ordered rugs will not be accepted for returns due to time and labor costs.
No exchanges or refunds may be made with custom ordered rugs.
To return an item, please call us or email
us. We will arrange for UPS or FedEx to pick up your package and return
it to us at our cost. Items must be returned with the Certificate of Authenticity
and in their original packaging. If a package is damaged by carrier, customer
should refuse the package to expedite the return process.
